Complaints and/or appeals against decisions taken by DOLOMITICERT s.c.a.r.l must be made in writing and sent by fax (0437/573131), registered post or email to segnalazioni@dolomiticert.it, in accordance with the methods set out in the Dolomiticert Certification Regulations PQ.16.101.004, downloadable in the CERTIFICATION section.
