Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale (DPI) di II e III categoria
La certificazione di prodotto è l’attestazione che un dispositivo è stato sottoposto da un ente autorizzato, indipendente rispetto a chi vende e produce, alle verifiche necessarie per verificare la conformità ai requisiti di sicurezza previsti dalle Direttive e/o Regolamenti europei.
Per i dispositivi di II e III categoria – quali per esempio occhiali e schermi per la protezione da radiazioni non ionizzanti, schermi da saldatura, occhiali da motociclista e motocross, dispositivi di protezioni degli occhi da polvere, gas e liquidi – prima dell’immissione in commercio è obbligatorio il rilascio di Attestati di Certificazione CE da parte di un ente notificato come Certottica.
